# How to read your statistics in Keeplet

Applies to: website · Last updated: 2026-10-29

On the Keeplet website the **Statistics** page sums up your review: how many cards you reviewed in the chosen period, how many you remembered well, how many days in a row you have reviewed and where you stand with each notebook. Open it from **Statistics** in the left-hand menu, or from the **Statistics** tab at the bottom on a phone.

## Before you start

You need flashcards and at least one review. Without cards the page says "You don't have any notes to review yet." and offers **Write a note**; with cards that have never been reviewed it says "No reviews yet." and offers **Do your first review**.

## Steps

1. Open **Statistics**.
2. At the top, choose the period: **7 days**, **30 days** or **All time**. The page starts at 7 days.
3. Read the sentence "In 7 days you reviewed 24 cards and remembered 19 of 24 well.", with the three numbers below it.
4. Scroll down to the chart, the card-group bar and the **By notebook** list.

## What do the three numbers mean?

| Number | What it counts |
|---|---|
| **cards reviewed** | Every rating given in the period. If you review the same card twice, it counts twice. Below it you see the comparison with the previous period, for example "5 more than the week before"; with **All time** there is no comparison |
| **remembered well** | The percentage of **Somewhat** or **Great** ratings out of the total |
| **in a row** | Consecutive days with at least one review. If you haven't reviewed yet today, the streak runs up to yesterday |

Days are calculated using your browser's time zone.

## How do I read the chart?

**Cards reviewed each day** has one bar per day: with 7 days you see 7, with 30 days or **All time** you see 30, with today last. The number appears on the best day and on today; on the other bars, hover with the mouse (or use Tab) to read it. With **View as table** you get the same data in a table with Day and Cards reviewed.

## How do I read "Where you stand with your cards"?

The bar divides all your flashcards into three groups:

- **new**: never reviewed;
- **learning**: you are still fixing them;
- **learned**: they only come back now and then. The page text defines them as "more than 10 successful reviews in a row and ease of at least 2.5".

This bar does not depend on the chosen period: it always covers all your cards. Below it, the **By notebook** list says for each notebook "12 of 24 learned, 2 to review today" and, when you click the row, opens the notebook.

## Frequently asked questions

### Why is "cards reviewed" higher than the number of my cards?

Because it counts ratings, not different cards. A card reviewed three times in a week counts three times.

### When does the streak reset?

When a whole day passes with no review at all. A single review a day, even of one card, keeps it going: the daily goal isn't needed. See [Daily goal and streak](/en/help/web/daily-goal-and-streak).

### Why are my statistics empty even though I wrote many notes?

Statistics cover only flashcards and reviews. Plain notes don't appear. Turn a note into a card, as explained in [How to create a flashcard from a note](/en/help/web/create-a-flashcard-from-a-note), and do a review.

### What does "remembered well" mean?

That you rated the card **Somewhat** or **Great**. **Not at all** and **A little** don't count as remembered well.

### Where do I see statistics in the app for Android and iPhone?

The app has its own screen: read [Read your statistics in the app](/en/help/app/read-your-statistics).
