# How to manage connected apps in Keeplet

Applies to: website · Last updated: 2026-10-30

On the Keeplet website, the apps that have access to your account, such as Claude or Wonderlet, appear in **Settings › Connections**. For each one you see its type of access (**Reads and writes**, **Read only** or, for Wonderlet, "Writes to the Wonderlet notebook"), when it was last used, and you can remove its access at any time with **Revoke**.

## Before you start

This section is for checking connections that already exist, for example the Claude connector one: if you don't have one yet, read [How to connect Keeplet to Claude](/en/help/web/connect-keeplet-to-claude). If you haven't connected anything, the section shows "No connected apps."

## Steps to check your connections

1. Open **Settings** (on a phone, tap **Profile** in the bottom bar).
2. Go to the **Connections** section ("Apps with access to your account, like Claude.").
3. For each app you find its name and a line with the access type and last use.

## What do the labels under the name mean?

| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Reads and writes** | The app can read your data and also create or edit notes, flashcards, notebooks and spaces |
| **Read only** | The app can only read |
| **Writes to the Wonderlet notebook** | It is Wonderlet: it creates flashcards in its own notebook and does not read, edit or delete anything else |
| **last used** followed by a date | When the app last used its access |
| **never used** | The connection exists but the app hasn't been used yet |

The access type is decided by the app when it asks for the connection: on the authorization screen you see what it will be able to do before you click **Allow**. The Claude connector, in any case, cannot delete anything. Wonderlet only creates flashcards, in its own notebook, and its row says so. If an app has a type of access the website does not recognize, the row shows only the last use. See [Connect Wonderlet](/en/help/web/connect-wonderlet). You can't change the access type of an existing connection: revoke it and connect the app again.

## How do I revoke an app's access?

1. In **Settings › Connections**, click **Revoke** next to the app.
2. The question "Revoke access for …? You will have to connect it again to use it." appears.
3. Click **Revoke** to confirm, or **Cancel**.
4. "Access revoked" appears and the app disappears from the list.

Revoking takes effect immediately: the app can no longer read or write in your account. The data it has already created stays in your notebooks.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I have to revoke a connection if I no longer use Claude?

It isn't required, but removing access you no longer use is a good habit. Check the **last used** date to spot them.

### If I revoke, do I lose the notes Claude created?

No. The notes and flashcards that were created stay in your account: revoking removes only the app's access.

### Can I also remove the connection from Claude?

Yes, by deleting the connector in Claude's settings. You stay in control from Keeplet anyway: revoking from **Connections** always works.

### Where do I manage connections from the Keeplet app?

In the app for Android and iPhone you find them in Profile, with an active account: read [Connections in the app](/en/help/app/connected-apps-claude).
