# Connected apps and Claude in the Keeplet app

Applies to: Android and iPhone app · Last updated: 2026-10-30

In the Keeplet app for Android and iPhone you see which apps have access to your account, such as Claude, from the **Profile**: **Connections** section, **Connected apps** row. From there you can remove an app's access by tapping **Revoke**. The section only appears if you are signed in with an account.

## Before you start

- **Account.** The **Connections** section is not there if you use the app without an account or if your session has expired. See [Save your progress](/en/help/app/save-your-progress) to create one.
- **Connection.** The list is read from the server: offline you see "No connection. Try again in a moment."
- **Where an app is connected.** The phone app lists and revokes connections but does not create them: Claude is connected from Claude's side, as explained in [Connect Keeplet to Claude](/en/help/web/connect-keeplet-to-claude).

## Steps to see your connected apps

1. Open the **Profile** tab.
2. Scroll to the **Connections** section and tap **Connected apps** ("Apps with access to your account, like Claude.").
3. Read the list. Under each app's name you find two pieces of information:
   - the type of access: **Reads and writes**, **Read only** or, for Wonderlet, "Writes to the Wonderlet notebook";
   - the last use: "last used" with the date (for example "Oct 5") or "never used".

Besides Claude, Wonderlet also appears here if you connected it: it creates flashcards in its own notebook and its row shows "Writes to the Wonderlet notebook". See [Connect Wonderlet](/en/help/web/connect-wonderlet).

If you tap "Apri in Keeplet" on a card in Wonderlet, the Keeplet app opens on that card's notebook. If you are not signed in, "You need an account" appears: tap **Sign in** and the card opens by itself. If the card is not in your account or no longer exists, the app says "This card isn't in your Keeplet account, or no longer exists." and **Back to Today** takes you to the main screen.

If there are no connections, the screen says "No connected apps." At the top you also find the explanation: "These apps can read and, if allowed, write in your notebooks. You can remove them at any time."

## Steps to revoke access

1. In the **Connections** list, tap **Revoke** on the row of the app you want to remove.
2. Read the question: "Revoke access for Claude? You will have to connect it again to use it."
3. Tap **Revoke** to confirm, or **Cancel**.
4. "Access revoked." appears and the row disappears from the list.

Revoking takes effect immediately: the app's permissions stop working and to use it again you have to repeat the connection from the beginning. Your notebooks, notes and cards are not touched.

## Frequently asked questions

### Why don't I see the Connections section?

Because you are not signed in. Without an account the **Profile** does not show **Connections**, and if you try to open the screen the app says "You need an account". If your session has expired, tap **Sign in again** in the **Profile**.

### What can a connected app do?

It can read your notebooks and, if the access type is **Reads and writes**, write to them too. It is a good idea to check the list now and then and revoke whatever you no longer use.

### If I revoke Claude, do I lose the data it wrote?

No. Whatever Claude has already written in your notebooks stays where it is, like any other note: revoking only removes future access.

### Where do I find the same feature on the website?

On the Keeplet website it is called **Connections** and lives in Settings: see [Manage connected apps](/en/help/web/manage-connected-apps). The list is the same, because connections belong to your account.

### If I delete my account, what happens to the connections?

They are deleted along with everything else. You will find the details in [Delete your account in the Keeplet app](/en/help/app/delete-your-account).
